Wild Bluefin Tuna
The artisanal fishing of bluefin tuna has marked the life and culture of the people of the Cadiz coast. The product, caught a few miles from the Fontanilla beach in the Conil and Barbate traps, is of the highest quality. Every year we buy fresh pieces to offer them to our customers between May and June.
